How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Check out this handy guide on how to replace the ink cartridges in your HP PSC 1311 printer:
- Turn on the printer, then lower the paper tray to access the cartridge door.
- Open the print cartridge access door by lowering the handle. When the print carriage stops at its replacement position, remove the used ink cartridge by pushing down on it, then pulling it out of its slot.
- Unpack the new ink cartridge. Remove its sealing tape while avoiding contact with the ink nozzles and copper strips.
- Slide the new cartridge at a slight upward angle into the empty slot, pressing down firmly until it snaps into place.
- Close the print cartridge access door.
