Frequently Asked Questions

Should I get the single cartridge or the 4-piece combo?

This depends on how much you use your printer. Do you do heavy-duty printing? If so, you’ll save up more in the long run with our Lexmark 80C1S Remanufactured 4-Piece Combo Pack. You’ll get all four cartridges at a much lower price point. On top of that, you won’t have to worry about running out of ink in the middle of the work day, since you’ll have extra cartridges on hand and ready for use.

I bought the 4-piece combo. How soon will these expire?

Our toners have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months. To make sure the unopened cartridges last this long, please keep them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

I’m having issues installing my toners. How can I contact you?

We’re very sorry to hear this. Please reach out to our customer support team via live chat or phone call—whichever is more convenient for you. We’ll gladly walk you through the process.
