How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Follow the steps below to replace the toner cartridge on the Okidata C331DN:
- Press the cover release button to open the top cover.
- Pull the colored toner release lever on the empty toner cartridge towards the front of the printer.
- Remove the empty toner cartridge from the printer.
- Unpack the new toner cartridge and gently shake it from side to side to distribute the toner evenly.
- Remove the adhesive tape from the underside of the new cartridge.
- Insert the new cartridge into the correct slot inside the printer and press it firmly down in place.
- Push the colored lock lever back to open the toner slot and lock the new cartridge in place.
- Close the top cover.
