How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here's how to replace the toner cartridge on the Brother HL-L6200DW:
- Make sure that your Brother HL-L6200DW is powered on.
- Gently open the front cover.
- Pull out the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly.
- Press down the green lock lever to release the old toner cartridge from the drum unit.
- Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging.
- Make sure to remove the protective cover from the cartridge.
- Install the toner cartridge firmly into the drum until it locks into position.
- Lightly slide the green tab back and forth to clean the corona wire.
- Insert the toner cartridge and drum unit assembly back into the printer.
- Close the front cover.
