How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Replacing the used ink cartridge in your Brother MFC-J5720dw printer is easy. Just follow this guide:
- Open the ink cartridge cover.
- Push the lock release lever and slip the used ink cartridge out of the slot.
- Remove the new ink cartridge from its packaging. Turn the release lever on the orange protective packing counterclockwise to remove it from the new cartridge.
- Slide the new ink cartridge into the empty slot. Make sure you're inserting the cartridge in the direction of the arrow on its label.
- Gently push the back of the new ink cartridge until it latches.
- Close the ink cartridge cover, and the machine will automatically reset the ink dot counter.
