How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Follow the steps below if you need to replace the toner cartridge on your Canon PC921:
- Open the top cover of your printer.
- Hold the tab of the old toner cartridge and pull it out of the printer.
- Unbox the new toner cartridge and remove all its packing materials.
- Hold the new cartridge and gently rock it from side to side five or six times to distribute the toner powder inside evenly.
- Place the new cartridge on a level surface and pull off the open seal.
- Insert the new toner cartridge into the printer until it locks into place.
- Close the top cover.
