- Poor reorder 0 people found this helpfulI have been a customer of ink jets for a long time and have always had very good service. I have recommended them to many of my business friends. The last couple of orders have been filled incorrectly. First, I had ordered 2 277xl black and was sent 2 back for a different printer? I did not realize it at first but when I ran out of black ink, I noticed the mistake. I called customer service and they replaced the 2 wrong ink cartridges and I sent back the incorrect ones BUT I had no black ink for several days which was very inconvenient.. On my next order, they completely forgot to include the combo package I had ordered? What is going on? I had to be inconvenienced 2 times! Can you help me for these 2 frustrating times? Thank you.
