Frequently Asked Questions
Should I leave the empty old cartridges inside the Epson Artisan 810 until the replacement ink cartridges that I ordered arrived?
Yes. You must keep the empty Epson Artisan 810 ink cartridges inside the printer unless you have new ink cartridges on hand to prevent the print head nozzles from drying out.
How would I know if the Epson ink cartridge is already expended?
If an Epson ink cartridge is already expended, an alert warning appears on the LCD screen.
What to do if ink gets into my eyes or skin during installation?
If ink gets into your wash, immediately flush them with water. And if ink gets on your skin, use soap and water to wash it off.
