How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here's the easy and proper way to install a new ink ribbon cartridge in your Epson TM-U375 receipt printer:
- Make sure the printer is turned on, then open the print cover. Remove the used ink ribbon cartridge by grasping its left side tab, then lifting the cartridge out by its left side first.
- Take the new ink ribbon cartridge out of its packaging. Turn the knob on the cartridge up to three times in a clockwise direction to take up any slack in the ribbon.
- Insert the ribbon in position, pushing the cartridge in until it clicks into place. To place the ribbon in the correct position, rotate the knob clockwise again up to three times.
- Check that the ribbon is installed between the print head and the ribbon mask, and is neither wrinkled nor creased.
- Close the printer cover.
