After 2 weeks of emails to return a defective product I got the label to return it. I emailed after more than 10 days to make sure it was received. I was told it was and asked if I was enjoying my new toner and that I didn't have to return the defective one. I had not received my new toner, a week after 2 more emails explaining that I had not received my new toner I got an email saying it was on its way. It arrived at my house a week later. Since I had to print a label with the toner that was running out to return the defective one, my printer may have been damaged. I will not be ordering anything from Inkjets again.
