How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Replacing a cartridge for the HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M533X is easy. Simply follow these steps:
- Open the front door.
- Grasp the handle of the old toner cartridge to be replaced and pull it out.
- Remove the new toner cartridge from its packaging.
- Hold both ends of the toner cartridge rock it five to six times to evenly distribute toner inside.
- Remove protective covering on the new toner cartridge.
- Insert the new toner cartridge into its corresponding slot. Support the toner cartridge with one hand underneath as you align it with its slot. Be careful not to touch the imaging drum on the cartridge to prevent issues with print quality.
- Close the front door.
