How to Replace Cartridge(s)

Here are the steps to replacing HP Color LaserJet CP2025 toner cartridges:

  1. Open the front door.
  2. Pull out toner cartridge drawer.
  3. Grasp the handle on the toner cartridge to be replaced and pull it up to remove it.
  4. Remove new toner cartridge from packaging and remove plastic shield at the bottom.
  5. Insert new toner cartridge into the cartridge drawer. Make sure you don't touch the imaging drum at the bottom of the toner cartridge to avoid problems with print quality.
  6. Make sure the sealing tape on new toner cartridge is completely removed.
  7. Close the toner cartridge drawer.
  8. Close the front door.
