How to Replace Cartridge(s)
- Open your printer’s cartridge door and pull out the old toner.
- Unpack your new toner, then shake it gently from side to side to help distribute the ink contents.
- Pull the tab until you remove the entire length of the tape.
- Insert the new toner into the machine.
- Close your printer’s cartridge door.

What’s the difference between all three toner cartridges?
All three toner cartridges you see here are made of high-quality ink. They do, however, come with different page yields. Our HP 12A (Q2612A) Compatible Jumbo Extra High-Yield Black Toner Cartridge can print up to 4,000 pages, our HP 12X (Q2612X) Compatible Black High-Yield Toner Cartridge can print up to 3,000 pages, and our HP 12A (Q2612A) Black Compatible Toner Cartridge can print up to 2,000 pages. Please note that this is subject to change, depending on how often you print and your printer’s settings.
How long can I keep these toners in stock?
Our toners have a shelf life of 24 to 36 months. To keep them from drying out until then, we advise that you store them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.
How soon can I expect my products?
If you order before 3PM PST on a weekday, we’ll ship your product on the same day. Orders places on weekends and holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Depending on you preferred delivery method and your location, you can expect your products anywhere between 3 and 8 business days.
