Frequently Asked Questions

How can I check the estimated ink levels?

You can check the estimated ink levels from your HP Officejet Pro L7680 control-panel, from the printer Toolbox, and the embedded Web server (EWS).

Is an XL ink cartridge always better?

Our advice is that if you are a heavy printer user, go with XL. However, ink can dry up. So if you are not a frequent printer, go with the regular cartridges.

I am getting the HP 88XL Remanufactured High-Yield 4-Piece Combo Pack, but can I have two black ink cartridges instead of the yellow ink cartridge?

No. Our HP 88XL Remanufactured High-Yield 4-Piece Combo Pack is pre-packed. But you may order another black ink cartridge individually and combine it with your combo pack order.
