Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between tri-color and photo ink?

Your HP OfficeJet H470 uses the tri-color ink to print general text documents. The photo ink, on the other hand, is used for photos and images.

I bought one of the 3-pack cartridges. How do I store the unopened ones?

We always advise to keep unopened cartridges in the same bag that they were shipped to you. Then, store them in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight.

Do I need to replace all cartridges at the same time?

You would only need to replace the cartridge that your printer tells you is running low.
