Replace the ink cartridge on the HP Photosmart C5390 with these 7 easy steps:
- Make sure that your HP Photosmart C5390 is on.
- Open the ink cartridge access door, and then wait for the ink carriage to move to the center.
- Press the release tab on the old ink cartridge. Then, remove it from its slot.
- Use the orange pull tab to remove the new ink cartridge from its packaging.
- Twist the orange protective cap to snap it off.
- Install the ink cartridge firmly into the empty slot until you hear an audible click.
- Close the ink cartridge door.
