Plug and play. Simple. It is working well, so far. (My only recommendations is to include a QR code to reference loading instructions. I had to go to YouTube to figure out where to add the toner spongy thing.)

I bought it for the price, hoping the generic cartridges would be of adequate quality. Two weeks later, so far so good! The print quality is indistinguishable from the ink that came with my printer, and there have been no problems. And... the price is great.
