My ink purchase was easy, accurate and filled and delivered quickly without any issues.
If I could recommend any improvement it would be that it is referred to as high yield at 400 copies which is really the normal amount of copies you get with purchasing refill cartridges and 700 copies is considered "high yield". I would not mind paying a couple dollars more to have a 700 copy replacement cartridge.
