We encountered a problem with with a cartridge the printer wouldn't accept the remanufactured cartridge regardless of what was tried. Contacted Inkjets Customer Service they promptly sent replacement cartridges which work. Good Products and Great Customer Service. They have my Ink Cartridge Business and I don't look anywhere else.. Better prices than local sources.
