Returns and Exchanges

At, we are more than happy to resolve problems that you may run into. Even if you are not fully satisfied with your Inkjets-bought cartridge, we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. If you need more information on our return and exchange policy, don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer support team by email or phone.

All other OEM or OEM Clearance Ink and Toner may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, as long as the product is in its original box, unsealed, and unopened condition.

Returns brand of ink or toner products for replacement should be accomplished within 365 days of the purchase date. To make a return claim, we will ask you to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department. A RMA number ensures that we can track and resolve the claim accordingly. Returns without RMAs will be refused.

Once we receive the product back from you, we will refund you the full cartridge price of your purchase. The return shipping costs will be shouldered by the customer unless the fault is on our end.

Excludes OEM and OEM Clearance products.




Similar to a returns claim, you will need to have a RMA number first so that you may return the incorrect brand product(s) back to us. An exchange is only applicable if it is made within 365 days upon the item purchase. Excludes OEM and OEM Clearance products.



Terms of Limited Warranty

At Inkjets, we warrant solely to the original customer purchasing products directly from our website as Original Products. All such Original Products sold will be free from manufacturer defects (form, fit, and function) for one (1) year from the original date of shipment. Misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration, repairs or any action that is not in accordance with the Original Products’ use voids the warranty. The 1-year warranty only extends on Inkjets’ Original Products and does not cover damages of your devices like printer or computer.
