At Inkjets.com, we guarantee no hidden fees. We offer free shipping for orders with a subtotal amount of and above ONLY to the lower 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, and Alaska are excluded as well as all other U.S. territories. If you placed an order with a subtotal lower than , we will charge a shipping fee of $3.95 (rates depend on your location). We encourage customers to place orders before 3PM PST so we may attempt to ship it out the same day. Not all orders will ship same day. Orders sent after 3PM will be shipped the next business day. PLEASE BE ADVISED: Certain online orders are held for verification purposes, and will not ship the same day. Instead, those orders are shipped once the order has been verified with the customer.
Shipping costs are waived if your order subtotal is at least $30 and you ARE NOT shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories. You must be within the lower 48 contigous United States to receive free shipping on your order. Please be reminded that shipping and taxes are not calculated for free shipping. Expected delivery period for free shipping is within 3 to 8 business days. In addition, certain products like OEM Ink Cartridges or Refurbished Printers may be excluded from free shipping or other promotions.

Expedited Shipping Details
To accommodate your needs, we provide you, the customer, with shipping options such as Next Day, 2-Day, and Ground options. Please do take note that shipping time only begins after your order leaves our facility. Also, be reminded that we don’t send packages to a PO BOX and an APO/FPO address. In an event that your order doesn’t have a physical address listed, please immediately call our customer service representatives.

US Non-contiguous Orders
All US non-contiguous orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). As per Homeland Security regulations, orders will be processed manually at the post office. The estimated delivery period for US non-contiguous orders is 5 to 10+ business days.
Please be reminded that shipping offers and terms are subject to changes. Confirmed orders placed before the change will receive the quoted shipping at the time of the purchase, this is regardless of the provided shipping date. In an event of shipping calculation mistakes (for instance the shipping cost was not reflected even if the order is not qualified for free shipping), we reserve the right not to honor mistakes.
When your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any delays or disruptions in delivery. We encourage everyone to wait at least 15 days until arrival before declaring a lost package as this is the guideline of UPS and USPS. If your order has not arrived after 15 days from the expected shipping date, don’t hesitate to call our customer service hotline for help. If you do not contact our company about a lost package within 45 days of your order being shipped, that order is considered delivered and complete, and we may not honor any refund or replacement shipment for that order.
For cancellation or changes in your order, our team will help you if the order hasn’t been processed yet. The fastest way to stop and cancel your order is to call our customer service and request the order be stopped and cancelled. Please keep in mind that we are not able to stop and cancel all orders, but we will try. In the event that an order cannot be cancelled, we will suggest alternatives to have the order returned to us. We cannot cancel your order if it is already shipped. You can contact our customer care staff for more assistance. Orders placed after our last pickup time, which is 3:00PM PST, are processed immediately the next business day unless there is a specific issue that is holding the order from shipping. If you send us a contact email requesting to stop an cancel and order from shipping, there is a chance that we may not get to that email in a timely manner and the order will have been processed and shipped by that time.
We ship from Southern California and Texas Mondays to Fridays. If you placed an order on or before 3PM PST, it will be shipped the same day, but that will depend on if inventory is readily available for your order. For orders received after 3PM PST, our team will ship the item on the next business day. In case the order is placed on a Friday after 3PM, the order will be shipped after the weekend. Customers living in the East Coast can typically receive their order in 2-5 business days, and for West Coast customers, 1-3 business days. Please bear in mind, that the delivery period will only begin after your order leaves our warehouse. We don’t refund shipping costs but in the event of a product defect or packaging mistake, we will honor a refund.
All expedited orders placed after 12:00pm PST are not guaranteed to go out that same day, and may end up shipping the next day. This includes expedited orders that use Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping options.
Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. Another email will be sent after the item leaves our facility, and that email will contain tracking information.

If you order is going to the Non-48 contiguous state locations, a shipping fee will apply to your order, and you WILL NOT receive free shipping, even with a coupon code. The shipping fee to non-contiguous 48 states and territories will be placed at our discretion.
Package tracking numbers/deliver confirmation
A shipment notification will be sent to your email address. The message will include the delivery confirmation number. We also include the link of the carrier’s website so you can easily track your order. Wait at least one (1) day for the carrier to upload the tracking number in their system or website.
