Shipping Options & Charges

At Inkjets.com, we guarantee no hidden fees. We offer free shipping for orders with a subtotal amount of and above ONLY to the lower 48 contiguous states. Hawaii, and Alaska are excluded as well as all other U.S. territories. If you placed an order with a subtotal lower than , we will charge a shipping fee of $3.95 (rates depend on your location). Free shipping will be delivered via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. If you need a specific shipping option, please contact us to see what we can do for you.

We encourage customers to place orders before 3PM PST so we may attempt to ship it out the same day. Not all orders will ship same day. Orders sent after 3PM will be shipped the next business day. Expedited shipping is also available if you are in a hurry. To find the best shipping option for you, don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team for help.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: Certain online orders are held for verification purposes, and will not ship the same day. Instead, those orders are shipped once the order has been verified with the customer.

 

Free Shipping

Shipping costs are waived if your order subtotal is at least $30 and you ARE NOT shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories. You must be within the lower 48 contigous United States to receive free shipping on your order. Please be reminded that shipping and taxes are not calculated for free shipping. Expected delivery period for free shipping is within 3 to 8 business days. In addition, certain products like OEM Ink Cartridges or Refurbished Printers may be excluded from free shipping or other promotions.

We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and on major National Holidays. You can use the US map with shipping transit days below this page for transit days shipping.

Expedited Shipping Details

To accommodate your needs, we provide you, the customer, with shipping options such as Next Day, 2-Day, and Ground options. Please do take note that shipping time only begins after your order leaves our facility. Also, be reminded that we don’t send packages to a PO BOX and an APO/FPO address. In an event that your order doesn’t have a physical address listed, please immediately call our customer service representatives.

Click here to track your order. The link will take you to your order page (if you have an account) and you will be able to track all of your recent orders with Inkjets.com Alternatively, you can check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation. It will contain the tracking code for your order.

US Non-contiguous Orders

All US non-contiguous orders will be shipped through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). As per Homeland Security regulations, orders will be processed manually at the post office. The estimated delivery period for US non-contiguous orders is 5 to 10+ business days.

Shipping Notes

Please be reminded that shipping offers and terms are subject to changes. Confirmed orders placed before the change will receive the quoted shipping at the time of the purchase, this is regardless of the provided shipping date. In an event of shipping calculation mistakes (for instance the shipping cost was not reflected even if the order is not qualified for free shipping), we reserve the right not to honor mistakes.

When your order leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible for any delays or disruptions in delivery. We encourage everyone to wait at least 15 days until arrival before declaring a lost package as this is the guideline of UPS and USPS. If your order has not arrived after 15 days from the expected shipping date, don’t hesitate to call our customer service hotline for help. If you do not contact our company about a lost package within 45 days of your order being shipped, that order is considered delivered and complete, and we may not honor any refund or replacement shipment for that order.

For cancellation or changes in your order, our team will help you if the order hasn’t been processed yet. The fastest way to stop and cancel your order is to call our customer service and request the order be stopped and cancelled. Please keep in mind that we are not able to stop and cancel all orders, but we will try. In the event that an order cannot be cancelled, we will suggest alternatives to have the order returned to us. We cannot cancel your order if it is already shipped. You can contact our customer care staff for more assistance. Orders placed after our last pickup time, which is 3:00PM PST, are processed immediately the next business day unless there is a specific issue that is holding the order from shipping. If you send us a contact email requesting to stop an cancel and order from shipping, there is a chance that we may not get to that email in a timely manner and the order will have been processed and shipped by that time.

We ship from Southern California and Texas Mondays to Fridays. If you placed an order on or before 3PM PST, it will be shipped the same day, but that will depend on if inventory is readily available for your order. For orders received after 3PM PST, our team will ship the item on the next business day. In case the order is placed on a Friday after 3PM, the order will be shipped after the weekend. Customers living in the East Coast can typically receive their order in 2-5 business days, and for West Coast customers, 1-3 business days. Please bear in mind, that the delivery period will only begin after your order leaves our warehouse. We don’t refund shipping costs but in the event of a product defect or packaging mistake, we will honor a refund.

All expedited orders placed after 12:00pm PST are not guaranteed to go out that same day, and may end up shipping the next day. This includes expedited orders that use Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight shipping options.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation. Another email will be sent after the item leaves our facility, and that email will contain tracking information.

Shipping costs

Shipping is waived for orders with a subtotal of or greater than $30, and ARE NOT shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories. Standard flate rate shipping is $3.95, unless your order is going to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. If you order is going to the Non-48 contiguous state locations, a shipping fee will apply to your order, and you WILL NOT receive free shipping, even with a coupon code. The shipping fee to non-contiguous 48 states and territories will be placed at our discretion.

Package tracking numbers/deliver confirmation

A shipment notification will be sent to your email address. The message will include the delivery confirmation number. We also include the link of the carrier’s website so you can easily track your order. Wait at least one (1) day for the carrier to upload the tracking number in their system or website.

P.O. Box, US Territories and Military / Diplo Addresses

We only offer standard shipping for PO boxes, US territories, and military addresses.

We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchases. That’s why we have one of the best return policies in the business! Not only do we offer a no-questions asked one-year return policy, but we’ll even cover the cost of shipping for you to send the item back to us*!  Return shipping from anywhere in the lower 48 States is always FREE!  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Inkjets.com, you can return your qualifying item(s) for a full refund within 365 days of purchase – no catches or exceptions! Returns must be and with the original packaging; returned merchandise that does not satisfy these requirements may not qualify for a refund.  Read our full return policy.

Once we receive your return and approve your refund, Inkjets will immediately credit your original method of payment. However, some financial institutions take longer than others to process a refund, and it may take an additional 2 – 10 business days for the credit to post to your bank or credit card account.

SHIPPING DELIVERY

The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (3 - 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days), Next Day (1 business day) and Same Day (same day). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for any shipping method except Same Day. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day, Next Day or Same Day due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

NEXT DAY:

Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All Next Day orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

SECOND DAY:

Second Day is only available on select products for orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am CT on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All Second Day orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This shipping method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

SAME DAY:

Same-day delivery is a contactless service to get what you need, when you need it. Same-day delivery is only available at Inkjets retail locations in Chatsworth CA & Lancaster, PA. 

Customers within a 20-mile radius who place an order by 2:00 pm local time should receive their orders that same day. 

Customers within a 20-mile radius who place an order after 2:00pm local time will have their order processed and delivered the following day. 

All Same Day orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for same-day delivery. Only items selected as same-day delivery count toward the “spend” thresholds of the same-day delivery fees.

Our free shipping offer excludes discontinued items or delays resulting from circumstances or causes beyond Inkjet's reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, labor strikes or severe weather. Inkjets.com reserves the right to discontinue this guarantee at any time, for any reason.

EXCHANGES

Our customers may also opt to exchange an eligible item instead of processing a refund. You are able to conveniently request for the exchange of certain eligible items from directly within your Inkjets.com account. 

If an item is eligible for exchange, you will see an option to select it in your order under your Inkjets.com account and you will then be provided with any instructions and terms that apply to your exchange. 

Should the exchange option not be available in your Inkjets.com account, you can contact our friendly customer service team to request your exchange directly. 

Please note that if you initiate an exchange yourself, you may be subject to a waiting period of up to one hour before you can request to exchange another item from the same order. 

Our exchange process is slightly different from others because we want to get your new item to you faster! The funds from the item being returned will be transferred to an e-Gift Card or an Exchange Voucher when the exchange is initiated. 

Our team will then apply the e-Gift Card or Exchange Voucher to your replacement item. To ensure validity and fast processing, please return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of the date of your exchange. The Inkjets team will provide you with a free prepaid return label for this, so no worries there! 

If we do not receive the original item back within 14 days, we may charge your original payment method or default payment method for the cost of the item. In this instance, if the item is subsequently returned, Inkjets will issue the refund for the total amount (minus any shipping charges from the original order). 

The refund would be in the form of an e-Gift Card if an e-Gift Card was applied to the exchange transaction. Otherwise, the refund will be in the form of the original payment method if an Exchange Voucher was used in the exchange transaction.
