I'll give a 5 star for their response and fixing issue. Don't know why but this time when I received the replacement cartridge it was not in a sealed bag, just loose in the mail pouch with the protective clip not attached to protect end.
Have not installed yet as a little left in current cartridge. Will find out shortly if it works.
I'm still waiting for my refund for the incorrect ink cartridges I sent back.
