I received the cartridge that I ordered in a timely manner. My fear was that my Epson printer wouldn't recognize the cartridge but no problem at all. But after a couple of weeks my printouts were very light. I contacted customer support and they thought I had received a defective product. They replaced it right away. I love inkjets they always have what I need. The only downside is that I have a new computer a canon 3600 series and you guys don’t provide ink for that that is what I need you to do provide ink for my 3600 series Canon printer.
