Shipping Options & Charges

At, we’re upfront about the charges. We offer free shipping for orders $40 or greater and a $3.95 fee for orders under $40. Free shipping will either be sent via USPS or UPS depending on the size of the box (with free shipping it is solely our decision what carrier we use). Orders placed before 2pm PST will be shipped out the same day. Orders after 2pm will go out the next business day. Lastly if you need your order to arrive faster, you have the option to pay a little more for expedited shipping via UPS. If you have any questions you can email us, chat with us, or call us. Free Shipping

If your order is over $40.00 and will be shipped within the contiguous United States, you’ll receive FREE shipping (HI, AK, APO, PR, Guam, etc. excluded). Shipping and taxes are not included in calculating whether you qualify for free shipping. Shipping on orders under $40.00 is $3.95 per order. The estimated delivery time for free shipping is 3-5 business days. Orders placed at or before 2PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2PM PST will ship the very next morning. We also process and ship orders on Saturdays. Please note that we are closed on Sundays and on major National Holidays. For your convenience we will post a message on our home page if we are closed due to a National Holiday.



Expedited Shipping Details offers a variety of shipping options such as Overnight, 2nd Day, 3rd day, and ground options through UPS. Shipping time begins the day your package leaves our facility. Orders received before 2 PM PST usually will ship out the same day. Orders after 2 PM PST will ship on the following business day. We cannot send packages via UPS to a PO Box or an APO/FPO address. If you see that your order is shipping UPS and you do not have a physical address listed, please call our customer service department. In most cases we are able to catch these orders and have a representative contact you to correct the address. We included a map of the US with shipping transit days from our location at the bottom of this page.



Tracking Your Order

Orders can be tracked by visiting or check your email inbox for an email from us with subject line "Your order has been shipped!". This email will contain the tracking code link for your order.



US Non-contiguous Orders

Orders shipping to non-contiguous U.S. territories will ship through the U.S. Postal Service according to the rate chart found here. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, & Palau. (The Priority Mail rate chart can be found below.) Due to Homeland Security regulations, these packages need to be processed manually at the post office which could cause an estimated delivery of 5 to 10 business days.



Shipping Notes

Shipping offers and terms may be discontinued or modified at any time. Any confirmed orders that have been placed before the offers and/or terms change, will receive the shipping cost they were quoted at the time of purchase, regardless of shipping date. In certain cases if there is a mistake in shipping costs or a mistake in retail products prices we reserve the right not to honor mistakes (For example the price of shipping or a product come up a zero mistake when the order did not qualify for free shipping or a coupon that would zero out the price.) does not ship internationally outside of orders placed for Canada. After shipping a package from our warehouse, the carrier will be responsible for any unforeseen delays or disruptions in delivery. Please always allow up to 15 business days until arrival before deeming them lost (UPS and USPS require this duration before declaring a lost package). In the event you experience this 15 business days from the original shipping date, contact our Customer Care Staff at (888) 679-9416 to help resolve your shipping concerns.

If you need to cancel or change an order after it is placed we will make our best efforts to help you if we haven’t yet processed the order, however it is our stated policy that we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. For further assistance with such issues, general orders, or information for Return Authorization, please get in touch with our Customer Care Staff at (888) 679-9416. We ship from Southern California and Texas M-F. Orders placed before 2PM PST usually ship out the same day. Typically, orders placed after 4PM PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed Friday after 2 PM PST and will ship the following working day after the weekend. Shipping time usually takes 2-5 working days to arrive to the East Coast and 1-3 working days on the West Coast.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. An additional tracking email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Delivery transit times begin once your package leaves our shipping warehouse. Delivery times are not guaranteed, as it is not in our hands. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is a product defect or we have made a packaging mistake. Same-Day Shipping

All in-stock orders placed before 3:00 pm Pacific Time Monday through Friday ship that same day.

Delivery Times

The delivery time for your order vary depending on your selected shipping method. Generally, most orders will arrive within the timeframes cited below:

UPS Standard Overnight - 1 business day

UPS 2-Day Up to 2 business days

Standard - 3 to 8 days


Orders over $40 (in merchandise) ship free via standard shipping.  Under that, a flat $3.95 fee applies

Package Tracking Numbers / Delivery Confirmation

Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Notification via email that evening. This notice will include the tracking or delivery confirmation number of your package and a link directing you to the carrier's website. Please allow up to one (1) business day for your tracking number to be uploaded into the carrier’s system.  You may also track your package by logging into our website - all information about your most recent order is available once you have logged in.

International Orders only ships to the US, its territories, and US military / diplomatic addresses.

P.O. Box, U.S. Territories, and Military / Diplo Addresses

Standard Shipping is the only option for orders shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, and military addresses.
