Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges?

Both are guaranteed to be of quality after passing stringent checks, but compatible ink cartridges are brand-new, non-OEM ink cartridges. Remanufactured ink cartridges, on the other hand, are repurposed or made like new. They have been sent to manufacturers for cleaning, refilling with ink, and part repairs/replacements to ensure optimum print quality.

Can I store replacement ink cartridges?

Of course. Just make sure to keep them in their sealed packages and store them in a cool, dry place to maintain their quality for up to two years.

Do you have guarantees in place?

All our compatible Brother LC51C cyan, Brother LC51M magenta, Brother LC51BK black, and Brother LC51Y yellow ink cartridges are guaranteed to work with the Brother DCP-353C or you get your money back. No questions asked.
