How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Here's how you can easily and properly install a new ink cartridge in your Epson WorkForce Pro WF-4720 printer:
- Turn on your printer, then lift up the scanner unit. Make sure it clicks in place.
- Pinch the tab on the ink cartridge you want to replace, then lift it straight up and out of the printer.
- Hold the new ink cartridge and shake it gently a few times before taking it out of its packaging. Make sure you avoid contact with the green chip on the cartridge, as well.
- Remove the yellow tape from the new ink cartridge, then lower it into the holder. Push the cartridge in until it clicks into place.
- Lower the scanning unit.
