Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean when one of the print cartridge lights is on?

When one of the print cartridge lights is on, it simply means that the print cartridge is running low on toner. You may order a new print cartridge so you can replace it as soon as it gets empty.

Can I continue printing even if my HP Color LaserJet 2550 is running low on black toner?

Yes. The HP Color LaserJet 2550 is designed to continuously print even if it's running low on toner. It will simply stop printing when the print cartridge becomes totally depleted.

The black print cartridge light is blinking, and the LaserJet 2550 suddenly stops printing. What does this mean?

When the black print cartridge light blinks and printer suddenly stops printing, it could mean one of two things: the print cartridge could be empty or missing, or the E-label reader is faulty.
