Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to immediately replace the ink cartridges on my HP Envy 100 - D410B if the print quality becomes unacceptable?
Not necessarily. Print quality issues may be resolved by cleaning the ink cartridges. But if this does not work, you may replace the old ink cartridges.
What is the difference between remanufactured HP ink cartridge and compatible HP cartridge?
A remanufactured HP ink cartridge is an empty original HP cartridge that has been cleaned, replaced with new parts, refilled with premium ink, and tested to ensure it meets the specifications of the original cartridge. Meanwhile, a compatible HP ink cartridge is a totally new ink cartridge made with brand-new components but designed to meet or even exceed quality standards.
