How to Replace Cartridge(s)

  1. Turn the printer on and lift the top cover to reveal the cradle latches.
  2. Open the cradle latches on the cartridge by pulling each latch forward and then up. Pull out the used cartridges from the cradle.
  3. Pull the pull tab to remove the protective label on the new cartridge. Make sure not to touch or damage its metal contacts.
  4. Install the tri-color print cartridge on the left stall inside the printer and the photo ink or black cartridge on the right stall.
  5. Close the print cartridge latches by pushing down on each latch with your finger. You should hear an audible click if the latch is closed successfully.
  6. Close the top cover and press the OK button to start calibration.
