How to Replace Cartridge(s)
Replace the ink cartridge on the HP Photosmart D7500 by following these simple steps:
- Make sure that your HP Photosmart D7500 is on.
- Open the ink cartridge access door. Then, wait until the ink carriage moves to the center.
- Press the release tab on the front of the used ink cartridge, and then remove the cartridge from the slot.
- Pull the orange pull tab straight back to remove the plastic wrap from the new ink cartridge.
- Twist the orange protective cap to snap it off.
- Install the new cartridge firmly into its corresponding slot until you hear an audible click.
- Close the ink cartridge access door.
