Frequently Asked Questions
Can I continue printing when the ‘Toner Empty’ or ‘Replace Toner’ error message appears on the Samsung SCX-4725FN printer display appears?
Yes. Simply set the SCX-4725FN to disregard this message when it appears and to continue printing.
Will I get the same high-quality prints with a compatible Samsung SCX-D4725A cartridge?
Yes. Our compatible Samsung toner cartridges are designed to meet or exceed OEM specifications, so they provide the same high-quality prints and performance.
If I continue printing with a cartridge that’s running low on toner, will I get the same optimal print quality?
Not necessarily. But you may temporarily improve the print quality by removing the cartridge from the printer and giving it a few shakes to distribute the remaining toner inside the cartridge. Then, reinstall it and resume printing.
