My printer shows “doesn't recognize chip” I put my old, almost out of ink cartridge, it started working fine again. Put the cartridge I purchased from you for the final time, still doesn't work. I have no idea why the ones you sent don't work, I'm just out the money. Very Discouraging, John Allen
